Database not download or corrupt error
If you are getting a "database not downloaded or corrupt error", please try again using a WiFi connection on a home or work ADSL connection or a hotspot at a cafe. If you are already on WiFi try switching to a cellular/mobile data connection (3G/4G).
To force OzRunways to try again, go to OzRunways → Settings → Cache Management and tap 'Manually Download Database'.
So please try using a different internet connections first. If it is still an issue, please start a support discussion.
